Symmetry leads the way with Grand Prix
Symmetry, the highly respected high-end hi-fi distribution company, is delighted to announce its distribution of the class-leading range of Grand Prix products.
The Grand Prix name is a result of designer Alvin Lloyd's decades of hard-earned experience in cutting-edge racing car design. Indeed, Swift Engineering's high speed moving groundplane wind tunnel was the most advanced testing & research facility in the world when Alvin Lloyd worked at the firm as Vice President of Operations. He and his team developed the Swift 007.i C.A.R.T. that became the first US-built Indy car to take home the winning trophy in 14 years.
However Alvin Lloyd is also a music lover - hence Grand Prix Audio - and set out to translate the hard science behind building winning high-speed competition vehicles (for drivers such as Michael Andretti, Christian Fittipaldi, Jimmy Vasser, Roverto Moreno and Jacques Vellenueve) into to the less life-threatening domain of high quality audio stands and equipment. Today the class leading Grand Prix range of high performance vibration isolation devices includes the Monaco turntable, Monaco Amplifier, Brooklands Wall Mount Isolation System, and the Le Mans Isolation System.
Symmetry's Nigel Crump commented, "We have a very simple philosophy - that of offering 'simply the best' in any given audio category. In our new partnership as distributors of Grand Prix audio, I feel happy that we have exceeded our mandate to deliver the very best Audio products and equipment to our customers".
All Grand Prix Audio Supports stem from the groundbreaking Monaco Modular Isolation System, which, through extensive testing and development, now uses truly innovative technology to help win the battle against unwanted vibrations. Utilizing the latest in sophisticated computer analysis, a wealth of design talent and hundreds of hours' of measurements and listening tests, Grand Prix Audio has developed revolutionary 8-stage equipment isolation systems.
Amongst the many high performance products developed from the Monaco Modular Isolation System, is the radically new Le Mans Isolation System. A Seven-stage construction provides state of the art isolation in a stylish and maintenance-free design that is individually custom-configured for each customer's system. Its stunning elegance and the dramatic effect it has upon music reproduction guarantees that the hi-fi system looks and sounds its best.
The Monaco modular Isolation System retails from £1995.00 (for the 3-shelf with short or tall shelf spacing available), £2790.00 (for the 4-shelf with short, tall or combination shelf spacing available), and £3585.00 (for the 5-shelf. all spacing stock configurations). Custom dimensioning is available upon request.
