Outgunned and outnumbered, Sgt. Don Smith (Cole Carson) struggles to find hope and courage against overwhelming odds in one of the most decisive confrontations in the World War II's "Battle of the Bulge".

As a surprise pre-dawn attack comes, with communications down and his squad of GIs dug in outside of the town, Sgt. Smith is left with no choice but to make his way through enemy fire. Unarmed and wounded, Sgt. Smith must face sub-zero temperatures to warn high command of the coming attack that could ultimately change the course of the war.
