Seemingly secure in her safe, suburban home, 14-year old Annie (Liana Liberato in an incredible breakout performance) meets her first boyfriend online. After months of webroom chat and phonecalls, Annie discovers her friend is not who he originally claimed to be, but rather an unseen sexual predator.

Shocked into disbelief her parents, Will and Lynne, struggle to come to terms with what has happened to their once innocent daughter. The devastating revelation sets in motion a chain of events that forever change their lives as Will fights to bring about his own kind of justice.
