Introduction

Another `Celebrity` another exercise DVD will it never end?

A sequel to the last exercise disc by Nell this one takes us to the limits by covering lots of different workouts. After a down to earth and mercifully brief introduction by Nell we go straight into the warm up .

This is followed by

Interval training
Resistance routine
Floorwork
Gasp.

Video

Filmed in the rather nice location of Florida by the pool at least we get to look at the water and dream about jumping in. Other than that you shouldn`t be watching closely because you are supposed to be following the routine!

Audio

Music for all that exercise. These frankly forgettable soundtracks do not aid my concentration. If exercise is involved singing along is compulsory. Don`t they realise? Don`t they care?

Behind the Scenes


An extremely pointless film that lasts about 3 minutes-possibly less I dropped off. A few images of the crew, people eating, Nell eating a banana. Yawn.

Conclusion

If you like exercise or gazing at Nell McAndrew then by all means buy this disc. The routines as far as my research took me before I had to stop and eat some chocolate, look genuine enough. If you follow these exercise no doubt you will become fitter but you will not look like Nell unless you already do.

I feel the release of these exercise DVDs is a rather cynical cash-in exercise and you can currently take your pick of the body beautiful
