Synopsis:
When five young college friends arrive at a secluded cabin near the picturesque Lake Tatonka, they're prepared for a weekend of non-stop partying, drinking and sex. But their brief vacation comes to an abrupt end before it can even begin when they run foul of three psychotic nurses and their leader, a sadistic, knife-wielding, motorcycle riding madman known as Dr. Chopper.

Once a prominent and respected plastic surgeon, but now insanely obsessed with immortality, Dr. Chopper keeps himself and his loyal nurses young by harvesting the flesh and body parts of any unfortunate victims unlucky enough to cross their path. The decades of transplants have left each of them hideously disfigured and out of their minds, and with a need to refresh their limbs and organs ever more regularly in order to survive. As night begins to fall, the five friends become the quarry in a terrifying game of cat and mouse as they are hunted down by Dr. Chopper and his assistants. In fleeing the terror, they inadvertently find themselves caught up in the evil doctor's lair and must try to survive the nightmare of becoming Dr. Chopper's next bloody harvest.
