Review for American Hot Babes

I shouldn't like this film. I really shouldn't... But I do.
 
Carl and Lester are your typical mismatched buddies. Carl (Brendan Hines) is engaged to an uptight English girl and Lester (Chris Pratt) is the booze-drinking, porn-watching slob. They enter a video booth created by a legendary porn producer and find themselves transported to an alternate dimension where the entire world is like the set of a porn film. You know what this means? Big boobs, cleavage, sexy outfits, big boobs, sexy situations, big boobs, wet t-shirts and... erm... big boobs!
 
Before you ask, no this is not the reason why I liked the film. The reason is that this film is just far too silly not to like. It is the classic example of 'Check your brain in when you press play'. Do not apply any logic to the film as it is not welcome. Nothing is explained in terms of why they are transported to this world and why they would want to leave, especially when they encounter such hotties as Denise Richards and Kim Kardashian is beyond me! It is true that the film's plot is a bizarre mix of Stargate and Porkys and that the ending makes absolutely no sense whatsoever, but let's face it, if you checked your brain in, you won't worry about that.
 
Now, I should warn you that this won't please everyone, in fact if you are a fanatical feminist, like your films to make sense or want some biting wit or satire, then this isn't the film for you. But if you enjoyed films like American Pie and Knocked Up and just want to sit and have a few laughs then this could be the perfect film for you.
