Synopsis:
What happens when we are invited to follow two of the lesser character’s from Shakespeare’s Hamlet? Two everyday gentlemen who happen to find themselves caught up in the momentous events taking place at the Royal Palace of Elsinore. Tim Roth and Gary Oldman are Rosencrantz and Guildenstern (or Guildenstern and Rosencrantz) in this inventive, hilarious drama directed by the playwright to award-wining acclaim.
Joined at court by the Players, led by Richard Dreyfuss who echo and expand upon events behind our scenes, this is a film which invites us to “look on every exit as an entrance somewhere else” if only to discover that Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead.
