Although made in 1960 this was rereleased many times at the cinema.the picture quality is great for its age the sound as good as you could expect.we all know the story of the family who get shipwrecked.the acting is ok the action not bad.but the little boy i wanted to feed to the lions.the front cover makes the film age more than the dvd does.its in glorious 2.35 widescreen which looks better than tv showings i got this cheap for £6 it was worth the money.disney live action movie is fun for all ages.
