Synopsis:
When train carrying atomic warheads crashes in the former USSR, Dr. Julia Kelly is brought in to investigate and finds the accident was a coverup as some have gone missing. Aided by special forces Colonel Thomas Devoe, she attempts to track down who took them, and uncovers a terrorist plot to blow up the United Nations.
