Review of Puppetry Of The Penis

Introduction

I`m in two minds here about what to say. Do I reveal all (ooer, missus!) or do I leave it for you to discover all there is to penile puppetry for yourselves?

I`ll be brief. Imagine the sort of comedy act that two Australians would come up with in the pub, late one night, that involves being naked (well except for ones shies and socks, naturally).

Done that?

Well, you are probably close.

Puppetry of the Penis has been doing the rounds as all stage shows do, and is unique (I almost said very unique but that`d be .... oh never mind). I`ll not actually describe what goes on other than to say it takes place on a stage, in front of a lot of Aussies and they are naked (not the audience)

The huge screen behind the performers is known as a distraction I believe.

Video

Video is ok, it looks as if it was recorded live at a theatre, which is, oddly enough, what happened.
Colour balance is fine, and the picture is clear enough to reveal everything in excruciatingly fine detail.......

Not widescreen, but then these are average blokes after all ;)

Audio

The stereo track is servicable, dialogue is mostly clear and the strange noises which sightly embarrased audiences are wont to make, are all more that clear enough.

Features

The "cockstars" fly-on-the-wall! documentary is interesting as is the behind the scenes footage but the best bit by far is the DIY dick trick guide......

Nuff said.

Conclusion

I suspect this is a lot funnier live, or as one of a group of slightly tipsy female humans. It was entertaining though in a leg-crossing way. Definately a stocking filler (but not for your Gran).

I was entertained although my wife mumbled something about "interesting ideas" and I suspect it`ll appear again sometime around for a party somewhere...

You`ll never view the Eiffel Tower the same way again.
