    Your Opinions and Comments

    7 / 10
For all Carry On fans, this film is a must for your DVD collection. You`ll be bowled over with this brush with classic Carry On humour. Not one to be ducked, you`ll love the bawdy jokes that are sprayed around in this all time master piece.

Set in a toilet factory, Kenneth Williams plays W.C Boggs, the factory owner battling against the unions. Bernard Bresslaw is at his comical best as Kenneth Cope`s reliable sidekick, causing disruption to the daily work, with regular calls for `Everyone Out!`. Watch out for the wonderful sequence of lines from Bernard culminating in the side splitting ` Down with `em! `

Sid James plays works foreman, Sid Plummer in what must be described as one of his more sedate Carry On roles. But this is more that made up for by Hattie Jacques` wonderful performance as his long suffering, budgie loving wife.

The plot is a bit thin, with the second half of the film revolving around the annual works outing. However, you don`t watch a Carry On to be intellectually enriched.

The picture quality is remarkably good considering the film was made in 1971. However, the low price ( 9.99 ) means nothing in the way of features whatsoever. The sound quality is nothing special, but perfectly adequate for a night in front of the box, with a take-away, simply to have a great laugh at this wonderful piece of British comical genius.

Throw caution to the wind, roll around with laughter as the jokes or piled on. Toilet humour at it`s best.
