My review for the region 2 disc can be found here:
    http://www.dvd.reviewer.co.uk/reviews/comments.asp?DiscIndex=340
The review was written in August, 2000, long before the horrific events of 9/11.
If anything, the past 2 years have thought me (and hopefully other as well), that at least several parts of the movie weren`t so far from the truth.
The video transfer is very good. There are no compression signs and the picture is very clear. The shots of the WTC in the background are truly creepy.
The DD 5.1 soundtrack is explosive (pun intended). The surrounds are used very nicely throughout the movie.
The menus are still and silent.
The extras include a rather short behind the scenes featurette.
Bottom line - a good movie dealing with a very serious matter. While the approach described in the movie is a bit dramatized (naturally), the truth is not that different, nowadays.
