    Synopsis:
Taking place over the course of a weekend and set amongst the run-down surroundings of a south London housing estate, Mike Leigh`s All Or Nothing paints a vivid portrait of the lives of taxi driver Phil (Timothy Spall), his dysfunctional family and a selection of their neighbours. Phil`s partner Penny (Lesley Manville) works as a supermarket checkout girl and is the mother of their two grossly overweight children, Rachel (Alison Garland), a cleaner in a home for the elderly, and unemployed Rory (James Corden), who spends most of his time on the couch watching the TV.

When an unexpected tragedy occurs, it sets all those involved on an emotional journey that will change their lives forever. Nominated for the Palme d`Or at the 2002 Cannes Film Festival, All Or Nothing is a darkly comic film, full of sharp one-liners and features some of Leigh`s most brilliantly observed characters to date.
