    Your Opinions and Comments

Almost 6 years after reviewing this movie (one of my very first reviews, by the way), I came back to it, this time in a re-issue of the region 1 version of it.
Well, the movie still remains a nice popcorn movie, with no exceptional qualities other than its visuals.
The acting is decent and the plot - pretty much the same.
The video transfer is very good. There are no compression signs and the color palette changes beautifully during the movie. The CG is also awesome.
The DD 5.1 soundtrack is very good (and much better than the DD 5,1 soundtrack of region 2 version of the movie). The surrounds are used throughout the movie very nicely.
The menus are still with sound.
The extras include a commentary, a detailed 1-hour behind the scenes featurette and some production notes.
Bottom line - a nice movie and finally, a decent disc to match.
