Synopsis:
In the ever popular The Sound of Music, Julie Andrews plays Maria, a novice nun who becomes a governess to a widowed Baron`s (Christopher Plummer) children. While romance appears to be blooming, the family is faced with more immediate danger, which results in Maria leading their transformation into a family singing group so they can escape from Nazi-dominated Austria.
