Despite it originally being an IMAX movie, don`t expect anything extravagant.
The video transfer is good. There are co visible compression signs and several shots do look nice.
The DTS and DD 5.1 soundtrack are good, too. The surrounds are used occasionally, but not overwhelmingly.
The menus are animated and silent.
The extras include 2 commentaries, some trivia questions, an old (and poorly presented) documentary about the northern lights and a CD with the movie`s soundtrack.
Bottom line - better hope this movie is on the Discovery channel. As for the DVD - skip it.
