Review of Tupac Shakur: Words Never Die
Introduction
A video biography of Tupac Shakurs life using interviews and clips from TV which the blurb promises to be the see all and tell all story of this rappers life, pulling no punches.
Following his rise from the homeless shelters to a Hip-Hop legend.
Video
As you`d expect the quality of the video throughout can be best described as variable. This must be expected when the title replies so much on material borrowed from TV and other broadcast media.
The picture is a full frame offering which does absolutely nothing to excite.
Audio
The audio track is presented in Dolby Digital 2.0 which is maybe better suited to this sort content.
The commentary can be best described as annoying and at worst I want to kick the speakers in.
Not good.
Features
The usual region 2 `featurtes` of Interactive Menus (swoon) and Scene Access (calm down at the back).
Come on, please more features.
Conclusion
Not a bad disc if you`re a fan of Tupac and his music but beware, this is not an authorised or endorsed programme by either the family or estate of Tupac Shakur.
A case of buyer beware me thinks.
