Synopsis:
Fifth volume of the dark Japanese anime series. When high school student Kei Kurono helped his friend Katou Masaru rescue a drunkard who had fallen onto the subway tracks, both he and Katou were killed. Or were they? After being run over by the train, they were suddenly teleported to an enclosed apartment with others who had recently died. Now, their lives are controlled by a mysterious black ball inside the apartment called Gantz, and they are forced to participate in a game of unprecedented danger and horror. In this volume, a third horrifying game begins, rapidly cutting the players ranks down to size. In order for them to survive, one of them will have to make the ultimate sacrifice.
