Synopsis:
Chevin Chase is a veterinary practice in Yorkshire which has been run for years by the Williams family, George and his daughters Anna and Sarah. The women are now reeling after the death of their father and irritated by the presence of his new wife and widow, Claudie.

The police start investigating George`s death and his Will leads to further worry and arguments for the family. Chaos reigns at the practice when Claudie`s sister establishes her beauty parlour on the premises.
