After having looked at amazon.co.uk you probably noticed the H&B 4420 player at £109 which basically does pretty much everything and it looks better than the Yello 800. Well if you fancy that then don`t buy it from Amazon as you can get it with free delivery from www.dvdplayers.co.uk

It certainly has mp3 playback capability anyway, don`t know how it deals with CD-Rs though. According to Comet they say "will play recordable and re-writable cds", best thing to do would be to go down to your local branch of Currys or Comet and try out one of your discs to make sure, assuming they are in stockt. Best deal I`ve found thus far is £189 at:
