Excel filtering help required

OK my turn to ask for help here :/ , I have 2 reports of data both formatted the same and what I need to work out are the differences between the two and just display those.

e.g Report 1 has for example A, B, D, F, G displayed and Report 2 has A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H and what I want to see as an output is just C,E,H. can this be done by filtering or are more advance formulae required?

Any ideas guys.

You could always import the excel table. Insert object, create from file and browse for your source data. Then if you need to modify it just double click and it will open up the data in Excel.

Samsung LE32M87BDX

I`m thinking of buying the Samsung LE32M87BDX to replace my old LCD that doesn`t have HDMI connections. 1 question I have though is will this model play my DVD`s through my multiregion player as the spec for the TV says it`s only PAL?

Any ideas guys, please let me know, or am im barking up the wrong tree here.

Help, Green Screen on Web-Streaming

Hi All,

Been away for a month and was bringing my pc back up to scratch with all the updates and now when I webstream any media files I get the sound but no picture, just a green screeen. It`s no good I cant look at movie trailers any more.

Help please!!

This may sound obvious and you may have tried it already but boot up the pc in "Safe Mode" and then do a system restore from there.

Sorry Guys I know this wasnt a bargain - did add an "oops comment saying sorry wrong thread, how do I move it" but I guess that didnt get added.

As for the kids ages that was a guess but they certainly weren`t 12 and the 3 yo got up 4 times to go to the toilet and told the whole place he went for a "wee wee" as if we needed telling, I must admit the comment "I like the big tv" did make me laugh.

I guess others rant more than I do!

OK Is taking your 3yo to see Casino Royal a good move?

Went to the flicks Sunday for the 1st time in ages to see the new Bond movie, which I have to say is excellent and this muppet walks in with a 3yo and 10yo and sits down to watch the movie. Appart from the occasional squeal form the boy, the continuous tapping of his foot on the back of my chair drove me nuts. Who in their right mind takes a 3yo to see a 12A movie I ask you. The place was packed out so I couldnt move seats even if I wanted to.

Sorry rant over - I have to say the film was brilliant one of the best Bonds yet and will be one I`m adding to my collection!

Baggy,

All I did was connect the phono outputs from the back of the DVD to the AUX inputs of my stereo, using a twin phono cable I bought from Currys ages back. Nothing to difficult there.

I also have a DVI connection on my LCD TV and yes you do need separate sound phono cable to run this I have mine running through my Awai sound system and I have to say its bloody good!

Oh and if ya know anyone that has a Makro card you can pick up a decent 3M HDMI-DVI cable for just under £20+ VAT.

RE: Digital Camera surprise. Comparison between SLR & normal digital camera.

My cousin has a Canon EOS 350D - thought you might like to see some of her photos she`s had it for just over a year now and is getting so much work using it that she may have to give up her full time job.

NTL Phone Line and Broadband what are my chances?

OK guys I need some advise here, Im stuck with an NTL phoneline and cannot change back to BT. Im fed up of waiting for NTL to make BB available to be and im sick and tired of all their promises that it "will be available in the next 3 months" crap, this has been going on 3 years now and im still no closer.

What are my chances of using another provider for a BB service and still keep my NTL line? I have heard someone say they have an NTL line and are using BT BB but I dont know how true that is? Any advise guys will be truely grateful.

I`m with NTL dial-up cant get broadband.

Just installed Norton Internet Security 2005 so im fully protected and im still having the bloody problem. Must be them! Seems OK for about ½ hr then I start getting the problem!

When i initially connect to the Internet the pages load complete but after viewing serveral pages the images refuse to load just the text, I can click on the links and they work but when the new page loads up, more text and no images.

Heading says it all really, screens not to bad but the kids have got finger prints in a few places, I haven`t been able to find a good cleaners just for TFT screens.

Any ideas?

Emails from sort of friends?

I keep getting emails from people I know but with the exception that the first name or few leters of there name is not in the address. My system pics them up as a virus but i have had a few in the last few days.

A friend of mine said it was an address book virus, Symantic doesnt pic it up

Any ideas? :/
