I can and do accuse you because you have had the full story. You had all the details to look into and chose to do nothing about the fact that you did not refund, nor replace nor return the goods.
But I have a full and comprehensive file with everything stored.
So here`s a starter:
Take a look at your e-mail sent by Wesley Aldred
Subject: RE: Technical Support Reference Number 8084

which gives details of the RMA and offer of return postage costs!
RE: ebuyer.com: took the money and ran?
Nelley couldn`t put the boot in cos he knows it would be the pot calling the kettle black. Scam.co.uk are notorious offenders.
Maybe that is the advice I should have taken when his company did a runner with my money - except that it was below the £50 threshold that credit card companies show interest in taking action.

RE: Is the AV sender on scan.co.uk today any good?
I can`t tell you if its any good
but whatever you do DON`T buy anything from this bunch of robbing, cheating, lying, scumbags.
If you are lucky, you may get what you ordered and it may work - fine
otherwise you can kiss goodbye to your hard earned cash, cos you won`t get anything back of them.
They cheated me into returning my failed purchase and then kept both the goods and the money - never got a thing back (even tho` RMA was quoted). No replies to e-mails, nowt.
I am far from being the only one in this predicament. Read the forums widely and learn.
The gamble, as they say, is yours!!!
Be warned.
FWIW - since this farce I have learned that scam/scum.co.uk are never the best price anyway.
