Im thinking of buying this dvd from multiregionmagic at 279 pounds.
Is this player any good?
Is it a good price to pay for it?, it is multiregion auto and manual select and vcr friendly.

first of all u need to get the model number of the drive then go to,
http://www.7thzone.com to check if the drive is region locked.
if it is just the software then u can download dvd genie to get around this.
if it is locked u may need to update it if possible.

2)i will only play dvd`s anyway so it doesnt matter
3)Panasonic pk1
4)doesnt really matter as long as i can select each individual region

hi,
i already have a dvd player and have had it about a year and a half and want to upgrade to a multi region one that allows you to select the region u require, but without the use of a chip. i have the panasonic a150 at the moment and would like a good one reasonably priced. i watch my region 1 dvd`s on my pc but would like to watch films on my widescreen tv, and as i have not got a tv out card i cant do it that way.
any help would be great.

try the sites that say you will not pay those prices guaranteed.
i use http://www.admitone-dvd.com and they say you will not pay the prices even if it gets caught. worth i try as they are cheap as well and quick to deliver, usually 5 workin days.

i thought the grundig was already region 2 so why u need a hack to play region 2,
maybe u mean u have been sent region 1 by your stupid relatives
but the numbers are under the sliding panel on the remote and press 0 1 2 3 play when open, that will work.

i only have one socket which says av out and it is yellow and looks like a phono socket, if that helps and i need to know where to get a cable from?
