RE: Yelo 800 or Kiiro 838

I bought the Yelo 800. It plays everything with no probs. The only thing it has not got is a slow mo playback, which the Kiro has.Check out the web site if you have not done already http://www.kiiro.co.uk
The prices are not bad at the moment. Amazon has the Yelo marked down in the sale so check their site out as well. Any one of the machines is a good buy, but the Yelo has the edge for me. I have it connected to the Packard bell multi media speaker system which is in the PC world sale down from £119 to £59 and it just blows you away.......

Build quality is not bad at all, Sound quality I feel is very good, but everyone`s taste is different, For the price the sub is great. The wires are not moulded in, they all come supplied in the box for both connection to a dvd and a PC sound card, Yes you can remove the stands, and the volume is changed from the front of the sub, where the controls adjust the relevent speakers.
Hope this answers your questions......

RE: PACKARD BELL 5.1 SPEAKER SYSYTEM £59.99 AT PC WORLD

Wrong! there is amplification for all the speakers on the front panel of the woofer. I still say for the money you can`t go wrong.......

PACKARD BELL 5.1 SPEAKER SYSYTEM £59.99 AT PC WORLD

Just in case anyone is in need of a sound system for their dvd, PC world is selling a Packard Bell Theatre 500 5.1 Multi Media Speaker System for £59.99 down from £119.99.
Spec is as follows: 6 piece multi media speakers, Compatible with AC-3,DTS & THX, Sub Woofer 16 watts RMS. Satellites 8.5 Watts RMS, Dynamic Bass Boost, Suitable for PC or DVD Players.
I have mine connected to a Yelo 800 and it makes one hell of a difference...... I think there is only a couple of days left at this price.
It might not be the best in the world, but I think it`s a cracking deal at the price........ Cheers and a Happy New Year to you all!!!!!
