LG DA-3520 Noise Issue

I`ve a DA-3520 from LG and when changing sound modes, sometimes the system starts hissing and keeps like this until switched off and on again, does someone know something about this?!

I`ve bought one a couple weeks ago, and I`m now returning it to the store... Looks good but the hiss is there and also a fan problem that makes a disturbing noise, not very loud but enough to drive you crazy...
I`ve contacted LG and the response was... zero...

Think well before buy it!!!
