Panasonic RV31 DVD Home Cinema System

Good Evening All,
Is there anyone that could give me a review on the RV31- home system. I was out shopping last week and saw the above mentioned system made up of seperates :-

SA-HE7 Amplituner
SB-HEP 10 5x speakers
SB-W50 Sub woofer

The asking price was £480, is this a good deal ?
I have read some of the reviews on the net at different sites and some are good, some bad.

Sony Dav-800 DVD

Can any one please tell me if this system is any good. I have seen it in Currys and quite fancied it but it was quite expensive.
Since then I have seen it advertised on letsbuy for £649, but I have heard rumours that the super woofer is no good.

Can anyone help please !!!

RE: PANASONIC DVD - RV31

JO I have just bought this DVD player as part of a Home cinema package, got it for £120 less than advertised. Wondering would you recommend this system if not it is going back to the shop !!!

Any luck on the upgrade ??
