I had someone I know make my DVD 750 Region-free with a Marantz RC2000-MKII Remote control. First you had to make sure there was no CD in the player and the display read no disc. Then you had to press a special key on that remote (I cannot remember which and neither can the guy that helped me do it) and "--- --- --- ---" appeared on the display (Maybe this is the same as pressing Play and 159 or something as I read elsewhere in this forum, as it seems this has the same effect).

Then you had to enter the code "222 222 005 255" and press play.
