Fair shout Dan, understand that we all have better things to do, but then we also take you by your word and you have said it is coming so many times, just say it will be 6 more months then everyone will stop hassling you.

a month ago, I was told he recieved the player in January!! That`s a long time to take to review a machine, come on Dan what`s the hold up ? a little feedback might go a long way to pleasing the forum readers.

I know you said you liked to live with the platyer for a while but seriously, 3 months is more building a relationship!! When`s the big day m8, did you get down on 1 knee ?

What`s the position on the review please ? Can we expect it in the next couple of weeks ? or are we talking another few months ?

P.S. Nelley thanks for not replying to any of my emails, just proves how bad scan are at customer relations.

Bear, we have all read your postings and understand that you don`t like scan, hey I can understand that, I ahve also had trouble with them, but just cos someone comes on and ask that you stop repeating yourself over and over again there is no need to start chucking insults around, what are you 6 years old or something.

Yes scan have poor customer service, yes the sc2500 might be crap but everyone is allowed their views and they can post them here, you`ve had your say allow others to now have theirs.

WILL THE NEW MACHINES (ONCE THEY ARE IN STOCK) HAVE THE UPGRADED FIRMWARE ?

Come on a few people have asked you now, answer for god`s sake.

Also I have emailed you and low and behold you haven`t replied. Looks like the scan customer service hasn`t improved yet.

So, My only question now is (as it still hasn`t been answered) When will the review be finished ? Just a rough date would be great, sometime this century ??

Also, If i ordered one of them would they now come with all the firmware updates added ??

Anyone had bad experiences with the Pioneer DV-444 player ?

Thinking of buying one of these, any feedback good or Bad appreciate ?

It may be a few quirks, but surely these "quirks" should have been found prior to puplic release, sounds similar to the problem I have with my sc-2000. Got a few "quirks" with that but because I bought an early version I can not update the firmware on mine.

and I would like to thank psychotext for saying what he deems to be problems with the dvd player, at least he isn`t trying to hide anything.
