Toshiba 220e and a Sony HTDDW840S AV Reciever and speaker package

I was hoping to buy the above package (mutiregion version). I was wondering if anyone knows if the dvd player comes with a DD 5.1 decoder and a DTS decoder. If not, as the AV reciever does have the decoder will this be OK. I really have no idea on this type of stuff.

Also can anyone see any likely problems with the above package at all.

I have just bought this DVD and all is good so far. Region hack works a treat and build quality seems OK to me for the price.

The only thing is I cant get it to play VCDs or Music Cds on CDRs or CDRW at all. I have tried a few makes with no joy yet. I was wondering if anyone knows what CDRs or CDRWs are compatible with this drive. If any!!
