SONY NS300

HI all, I have my NS300 since last Christmas and only now I found out that it play all my CR-RWs. Even though I could not find a single CD-R that would play on it. Has any1 else tried it?

It plays almost everything. I have couple of CDs (burned) that won’t play on it and even cause an internal error of the machine, freezing it. I also have 2 or 3 DVDs (original) that this player sometimes won’t recognize, it tells me that there’s no disk in it.
Mine is 2 week old (new) and the menus are different from the ones explained in the manual. Has any1 the same? The sound is also a bit pour when playing it through the tv, it’s very low, compared with other devices I’ve got attached, even though it’s internal volume is at the max output.
Never the less I like some of its features. I have also a NS300 from Sony and could only dream of having all the kiiro’s toys.
