Agree with Jest. This is top customer service. When we rang they were very helpful and apologetic. There are going to be a lot of Willy Wonkas around!

We are also having problems with Disc 2. My daughter`s Mitsubishi BD30DVD keeps saying `No disc- please insert playable disc`. Our main Grundig GDV620HT freezes half way through the menu screen with jumping sound! and our Hewlett Packard Pavilion home PC with a DVD player and DVD writer has the same problems.

We took the disc back to WH Smiths 3 times now (4 copies in all!!) and they are all the same.The local branch now suggest that we take the matter up with Warner but we have been unable to get a phone number or an address. Can anybody help?
