HAGGIS ARE YOU STILL AROUND?

You helped me hack my 751 last year well recently i had to have it repaired and it came back without the hack in it.
I tried to put it back in again but nothing happens after entering 085, the display and screen remain exactly the same.
Do you have any ideas? Is it the firmware? I really dont know, so any help you maybe able to give would be truly appreciated.

help with philips 751 hack please

i have tried the philips 750 hack from this site but i cannot get it to work. when i enter the 085 section of the code which should display the 11 ------
nothing happens!
any help would be appreciated i dont know if it is me or whether the software has been updated?

i am guessing but it sounds like ur video recorder is not ntsc compatible that is why it is recording in black and white. u can check this is if ur tv is ntsc compatible and the vcds play in colour. u can easily convert them to pal by uploading them and converting them through TPMgenc.

yep it does work the codes for philips dont work. so u must use the annoyingly slow method the hack works but u must press enter after 085 which it does not explain in the instructions for the hack. good luck

i have the pacific 750 and it plays vcds fine no code needed on mine just stick it in and away i go.

ok i have the remote working on my dvd player but when i try entering the 085 nothing happens but on the instructions it says that

just tried the region hack for my philips 751 using the Philips 750 hack using one for all digital remote as suggested on this website but the damn thing wont work at all any suggestions?

select all regions when u enter the region hack and they play ok.

go to Asda they have a silver Pacific for £89.97 with 3years warranty plays cdr mp3 and can be remote hacked for multi region and to disable macro vision a bargain buy my friends. oh yeah MAKE SURE u get the SILVER and not the black coz the black is s***e and plays nothing but dvd`s.
