macrovision on a philips 960?

I have a macovision stabiliser that works with all the dvd players i have tried
except the philips 960, has anyone got any ideas why, and is there a macro hack for this player? thanks

macrovision is what prevents you from copying from dvd to vhs tape.

Andy yes the dansai does play vcds also svcd and is multi reigion
only thing missing is the facility to disable the macrovision. but is still a great buy.
