as this player has 5.1 and Dts amp build in as i would like to know

Many thanks to those who found the hack for this player.
what I would like to know now is if anyone else is having
the same problem as I have when trying to copy a dvd to
video, with the macrovision off and the player set to pal
when i tried recording Rush Hour 2, I only get sound coming
from the rear speakers. when jackie chan and chris tucker talk
there is no sound just the back ground sound I have tried
re-arranging the scart but no joy, what I also done was to turn the
macrovision back on and recorded a part of the film again,
The picture was bad as normal but the sound was all ok any help
at all would be great.

thanks for your reply woody1 i have searched the net and forums myself aswell and even tried to get the player chip but no luck.
I was told to wait for about 8-10 weeks as i would be better of geting a remote hack as the player is new and nobody knows anything about it.
it is strange the other makes of goodmans dvd players you were able to hack.but so far you cant with this one.
I two have the player on 30 days approval and have tried the helpline two but no luck but you never know.
