champo is the only game worth playing. i just cant ait to get back to my uni house and set up a new lan game on the new version. does anyone know if they have sorted all the problems of cm4 on network games with changing scores?

Image changing software

About a year ago download a small pieceof freeware/shareware software off of download.com whihc allowed you to morph one picture into another. You could get some quite funny results if you had a bit of patience. All you had to do was put coloured dots on coresponding parts of each pic ie. rd dot on left ears, blue dot on chins etc. After wiping my harddrive about 6mths ago i didnt install the software again and now cant find it. I cant remember the name of it and cant find anything similar. If anyone has any ideas please please please post them. It is really useful if you think your friends look like certain people or animals, as now you can prove it!!!

i was told at the time of purchase that optical was the best cable for connecting a dvd player to an amp. is this wrong then?

single player is real good. what i liked the most was the fact that you can win all the stuff whilst playing 2 player. have to say that i expected teh later cups to be more challenging than they were. have no won everything, but wont say what you get for your troubles, as i wouldnt want to ruin the suprise. i would say that if you do want to make teh game more challenging, win the mirror mode version of special cup as early as poss, as what you get for that made it more challenging for us.

great game tho, especially in a house of 4 people, when i am the best!! lol

it is a great amp. ive had it for almost a year, but only recently been using it for dvds. all the help has been much appreciated, but ive still got questions :/

my setup dosesnt yet contain a sub, so is only the five surround speakers. i thought that the `6` was a rear centre anyway? does this eman if i choose a 6.1 setup up on a disc (i.e LOTR) it will be sending signals to a sixth speaker which isnt there, therefore leaving me losing sound. Or does it know that the speaker isnt ther, so just send dts signal to five speakers?

well it appears i was being an idiot. i honestly thought i had changed the sound setttings, but obviously not >:( .

only a seperate note now, is it better to use dts than dolby digital if i only have 5 speakers, because it generally is for 6.1, if im not mistaken? will i be losing out with this, as i know that the marantz doesnt support 6.1

cheers for the ideas. will try them all in a mo, but if it does solve it i may keep it a secret what i was doing wrong so i dont sound to stupid. by the way, do i have to turn the power on? :)

must say i was dissapointed with how easy the all tour mode was, even on 150cc. then the mirror mode is even easier, although it is a nice touch.

problems with dts

i have a home cinema set up consisting of a matsui dvd120 and a marantz sr4200 reciever. both have dts capabilities, and they are connected with a optical cable, yet when i set the amp to dts mode i get no sound. and yes i am using dts compatible discs (queen greatest hits, lotr ee etc). i cant think what im doing wrong. it is especially annoying with the queen dvd as that only has dts and no dolby digital, so i can only listen to it in stereo.

any help will be appreciated.

another.com was the one i was thinking of so thanks for that. its a shame they charge tho. we only need it for about a month, so it doesnt really warrant the outlaw. we just wanted something that looked slightly more profesional than `@hotmail.com`.

I need to set up an email address as a contact point for a piece of market research for a module on my degree. therefore, my own address doesnt really look official enough. i remember seeing a website a while ago that offered free email addresses where u could choose `woteva`@`woteva`, if u get what i mean.

if anyone knows what this site was, or any similar sites, i would be grateful if you could list them on here

thanks for the links. play si the cheapest i have been able to find as well. i knew that dixons et al were reducing there gamecube stock recently, but my local dixons has now started supporting the console again and the price has shot back up. v.annoying.

having purchased mario kart today, i am looking for some more gamecube controllers, but dont fancy payin £25 each for them. i was wondering if anyone has noticed them cheap anywhere, highstreet or net.

is there a minimum contract with pipex?

contrary to belief from one member on here it can be important, because i am living in a student house for 8months and dont really want to pay for broadband whilst i dont live there.

also, we have a network set up with a simple etherent hub joining five comps, will we have any problems sharing the internet connection across these and be able to access different pages at the same time?

same thing happened to my mates in lancaster. they slashed about 50 sets of tyres and scratched a couple, whihc included my mates car whihc he had only had for a week. he wasnt very happy

you could prehaps use a normal dvd case and print off a front cover from a website. there are plenty of sites that do these, and whilst it wont be exactly the same, it may well surfice

i used to use esato.com for pics for my t68i. you look through the pics on there site and then log on to there site through wap to save the pics. also use mr tones for free keypress ringtones. most of them sounded ok but some were unrecognisable. it is best to get pics off of friends by sending via bluetooth or infrared
