RE: VCD Playback and Macrovision Disable on Philips MX1060D
Hi on some Vcds i get the message VCD 1.0 and it wont play, what does this mean? Is there a way to get past it? Thanks Tom

The mx-1060d and dfr 1600 are the same player. To play Vcds-
1.Insert a music cd
2.Press stop once it says total x. x=tracks
3.Press system
4.Press 1
5.Press RDS search
6.Press open/close
(all of the above must be pressed on the remote)
Philips DFR 1600 problem.
Has anyone had a problem with VCD`s the code works fine but on some VCD`s i get the message "VCD 1.0" and it won`t play. Is there a way to get round this?
