I am sure Alpine do a 12" and a 15" flatpack that you build yourself it comes with all the bits so you may save a bit.

But as Gerald said check which volume is best suited to your sub and your set up.

You dont want to have the bass overpowering the rest f your set up.

It says it has Jap subtitles

So I take it that the language is in Engilsh?? And does anyone know if the subs are burnt in or removable???

If you have a DTS set get them.

The score on both is excellent. Mummy 1 is better than 2 but still both entertaining.

Essential DTS viewing recommended.

Hong Kong Legends Bargins You Won`t Believe.......

This may have been posted before but just in case it aint here goes

www.dvdplus.co.uk have got a selection of HKL titles starting from £7.95 and im not talking about Purple Storm and those crap films. Im chatting about

plus many more.......... sound like a tv ad

but get on there and get em some are sold out so you will have to wait till they get deliveries.

I have read that few people have problems ordering from there....people have been sent ex rentals, damaged goods, no shrink etc but i got two of the titles this morning and they are in good condition but the shrink does look a bit suspect but fingers crossed..oh yeah and got them in 3 days which is quick in my experience so i have to recommed them to all you HKL lovers.

These are going cheap everywhere, there are quite a few titles that have dropped dramatically in price. I have heard that they are releasing another special collectors something or rather so to shift the excess stock they drop the price. I bought this for £22 when it first arrived. Die hard fanatics like me will buy the new one aswell.

Just dont see why the scum cant release one version with everything on it and charge a reasonable price.

What gwan Cynic much appreciated the info. For £4 i will def get it i know iot is coming out on dimension video release soon as i saw it on www.video.go.com. they released Fong Sai Yuk 1 aka The Legend and on their web site it says it is out now. They are also relasing The Master and The Legend Of The Swordsman aka Swordsman 2 both have Jet Li also. But for £4 i will end up getting both. Cheers

to those of you who know about Jet Li, Fong Sai Yuk is one his greatest films (in my opinion.) released in the UK under the title The Legend, i have seen on one of dimension videos partnered websites www.video.go.com that they have released The Legend 2 on R1 but i cannot find it anywhere can anyone help

they have also said that they are due to release The Master 1984 (i think)
and Swordsman 2 which is under the alias of The Legend Of The Swordsman if you see these please let me know.

EZ Mate, yep i am the same as you i have got nearly all the hkl films on VHS some not originals by the way, but as soon as i got my DVD player, I started collecting my Favourites contain everyones favourites JC and JL (Jackie Chan and Jet Li)
in no particular order

Prodigal Son
Last Hero in China

there are others that are definate requirements to any collection
