to hack the denver dvd-332, do the same as with the other denver dvd-players, press:
-open/close
-setup
-330880
A zero will appear on your tv what means that your dvd-play is now region-free.

i think a good choice is the denver dvd-332. it only costs about 100$ or €, and it really plays everything (dvd, cd-r, cd-rw, svcd, vcd, mp3, cd).
