Looks like this has been closed now, as i phoned last nite to be told they have had a memo saying they have to take a BT employee staff number and check with BT to see if it is valid. He also said previous orders will also be checked! :/

Just checked mine...i have two discs, 001, which plays the film and 002 which has all the extras. Seems not all are at fault so check before getting a returns number.

Hitachi C28WF540 TV buzzing??

Hi, I have just brought this TV, however i am getting a very annoying buzzing or hum from the back of the TV, which is very noticeable when the volume is low. Anybody with the same TV having this problem?...any advice welcome!
