I was willing to gamble a fiver against a TV, I may go for 15 as they didn`t honour their t&c`s by not notifying me.

I don`t need the telly, but it would be a slight improivement on what I have .. maybe. I waste way more than 15 quid on the lottery in a month and thats an equally pointless gamble.

It would be nice to get a telly for 49p, but I for one have *never* believed I`d get one. Wildest dream, maybe. Reality = Mr Satan going to work on ice skates.

for a business the size of argos/homebase/etc group, 3mil aint huge.

Personally I`d like to see 2 points from this.

1) honour the deal ;D (I can dream can`t I)
2) change the cash grabbing.

If said solicitors takes this on and wins, they`ll get costs awarded anyway and it would be a great piece of publicity for them. I`d say they`ll tyhink very very carefully and take this only if they are really sure of a winner.

Raise a hand for the small guy.

They have it pretty watertight, they dont take any cash until they despatch, and they wont despath it if it looks like an error.

Hi All, I`ve been trying to track these 2 films down for ages, and wondered if anyone here may have any suggestions about where to try next ?

Any and every possible suggestion will be followed up (even if I`ve been there before).

I`m gonna throw in on the Archos corner, had an old 6gig HDD recorder for years, its never let me down.

I`ve upgraded the HDD twice, now its 60gig :D.

rockbox.org do replacement firmware for most decent mp3 players, but I`m against prting with so much cash for iPODs when theres so many better things about.

My next jukebox will again be Archos, but this time a Gmini400 *media* jukebox (189 earth pounds Here).

P.S from experience Archos support (albeit hard to understand on the phone) were extremely good, fast and very helpful after I dropped mine. (they fixed it free and sent a car kit to boot!).

Being a Maplins store, if correct this info is actually a goldmine and will in now way benefit the poster (unless he actually owns Maplins, and selling loads off at cost price doesnt actually make a profit anyway).

This could be a Gift Horse, perhaps leave the dental treatment a while?
