they are safe as houses i have been buying from them since they started
maybe some prices are dearer thats why it pays to shop around
i have had no problems wih the service and would highly recommend them as i have allways been kept upto date with the progress of the order and have never had any problems with them

they can be relied upon to get it right or they will put it right...........

try to get them to do a price match most places do this within 7 days but only if it is in stock or get them o take it back just say thier is something wrong with it

ah just noticed that you bought it from richer sounds well when they say price match within 7 days just tell them you can get it from them at the lower price i bet it does not state that it cannot be from thier own store
