Twin Town - seen the film, where can I get it????

Hi folks,

I saw this film for the first time on telly some time ago and have been trying to find it on DVD but to no avail. Anyone got any sites I could try or specialist places that would do this.

I thought it was a good film, like a welsh version of Pulp Fiction !!! (probalby not but all the same)

Glad to see Clayts is still being the terminator sorry mediater for this site !

This process of eradicating terrorists will not end. They will always be someone or some movement that is against a country or leader. The reason this has escalated like it has is due purely to the number of lost lives. Just for arguments sake, would we have this level of bombing if just one plane had hit the Pentagon? I think not.

I am worried about the Chinese to be honest, they border Afganistan, have been very quiet at late plus India and Pakistan have nuclear capabilites, it could become very messy indeed.

The bombings will stop soon, because like what has been mentioned, there will be no more targets left, only `soft` ones, mainly industrial.

I don`t think the Taliban know where Bin Liner is, so what chance have we got F*CK all.

So the reason why Bin Liner hates the US? cause they are in Saudi, so why don`t the US just pull out? seems logical to me !

I have to say that reading other forums in the US they are completely p***** off with the situation and a great deal of anger is showing which is understandable. I can`t think of any attack like this on American soil that had such huge loss of life, other than the start of the second world war.

I understand where u are coming from Bear with the links of the US and the IRA but even so, does one day V`s years of unrest in Ireland balance the score card? no, it is totally unacceptable to have innocent human beings killed no matter where they live, what religion they follow, thier colour or beliefs.

I am a little concerned over what may happen soon, even more attacks or indeed retaliation of the US government, this could start a ripple of hate that turns into a wave and comes crashing down on all the shores of countries around the world, or it could just calm down until the next time.

I sincerely hope its the later and this doesn`t escalate beyond an out of control situation that no country can stand a side too.

My thoughts are always with victims of terror no matter where it happens throughout the world.

Just wanted to say W**KERS ! If they ever get caught they should cut their hands off like in the middle east. But they would only get 2 weeks community service or some bollocks. Sorry but it does really get up my nose.

Seeing that these forums haven`t been visited by my good self for some time, I find that it has become very tame in here, clayts must be doing an excellent job as mod ! (oh and Danny boy) good on you Reviewer !

My only claim to fame was sitting next to that bird out of Neighbours whilst travelling from Oz back to the UK and she was a babe. She was nice too had a good convo and I thought to myself do I aks her to join the mile high club !

LG3200E - Comes up with disc error

I know I need to get this looked into by contacting LG but I had the player swapped not so long ago due to the Toy Story 3rd bonus disc not working so LG swaped it for a later version no. I did the region hack with no problems and played Region 1`s OK. I then turned off the player and went on holiday, on my return I switched it on again, redid the hack as I thought it may have reverted back to the factory settings. Now it won`t even play R1 or R2 and comes up with a disc error. I`ve even set it back to region 2 and no joy.

Do you think the laser is knackered? or doing the hack too many times has f*cked it up?

Any pointers for ten?!?!?

I agree with Clayts, surely due to the vastness of the universe you would think life somewhere else would exist. What is interesting is what form this life form would take, I mean due to lack of oxygen on their planet would they have bigger bodies as they would need bigger lungs, as an example.

Would we as a race be ready for an event of meeting Aliens, what would be the ramifications, just think if they showed us how to travel at light speed what effects that would have on us ! or if they could eradicate all diseases, stuff of science fiction I know but maybe not !

After watching Space last night, I`m more worried about these Black Holes floating around now !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi my name is Vern and I have a story to tell DVD anon....

About a year ago my VCR went up the blink, the following day I went to my mates house to watch a film thinking it would be on VHS but no he had one of those new fandangled DVD players. I sat there and was shocked, shocked at the quality of picture and sound, I was hooked.

On the journey home I dreamed of owning a DVD, this is when my sinister side came through, I realised I had one problem in the way, my wife !

That night I crept into bed with her and dreamed of that DVD player. Early in the morning I woke, realised there was a wet patch in the bed and slowly made my way to the door. It was Saturday morning and quickly drove to the nearest electrically store. I picked the first player off the shelf and zoomed home. I entered the house, there was a silence still, yes, the dragon had not risen from the den. I quickly got the player out of its box, it was all shiney and new, I nearly jazzed in my pants again at the thought of what was to come. The setup was easier than I thought, I loaded the film I had nicked from my mates house, turned up the volume and waited in anticipation.......

....the sound echoed all around the house, the windows began to shake, the goldfish hid under his little house in the fish bowl, the cat ran out of the house but decided the cat flap was not quick enough and went straight through the window, the dog began to bark and whine and my ears were popping as the decibels ran through like a herd of elephants, yes I said to myself this is what DVD is all about.......out of the corner of my eye I saw this figure, holy cow it was the wife, before I could react the frying pan was cemented into my face, my groan of pain melted into sound of Trinity kicking the 5hit out of the coppers, I couldn`t tell who was fighting who or who was yelling the most but suddenly realised that the dog had joined in too..........

.....like I said that was a year ago, today I have over 100 DVD`s in my collection, watch films when I can, have big eyes and pale skin due to lack of sun light, kids in the neighbourhood call me the sloath but I don`t care I am at one with my DVD player, it is my life, I don`t think I have a problem...

RE: Classified Adverts Forum ?

I would seriously use the forums for swopping DVD`s or selling or buying, I`m getting fecked off with Yahoo and Region 0 pirates !

Structure of the auctions (if that`s the way to go) would be great if like yahoo but split by region and whether VCD`s or not etc something seriuosly lacking at yahoo.
