Do you need an amp to support THX sound the same as you need on DTS... If so can anyone suggest a good one at a reasonable price.

Wharfedale 750 player Query on DTS

I thought that the Wharfedale would handle DTS films. Recently bought Jurassic Park and The Lost World (both DTS), and the 750 does not seem to handle it. No great problem as i could choose 5.1 instead, but would some kind person tell me if im going wrong somewhere - or is it the fact that the wharfedale cannot handle it

Wharfedale 750 DVD player

Can anyone tell me if the player is DTS. I am sure i have read in a magazine that it is capable of handling DTS films although the logo is not on the front of the machine.

to return the player to normal region 2 operations follow these instructions

1. Open your dvd tray.

2. Place a region 2 disc in the tray but leave it open.

3. Press return on the remote control.

4. Press play on the remote control.
