Can you use this to send the video from your PC to your TV? Basically if you watch a DVD on your PC can I use this to send the video/audio of the DVD to the TV downstairs?

hey guys, im new here...
i wanted to know when the new aldi pcs might come out? in about 2 months time? how often do they come out usually... and also im guessing the next batch would have atleast a 3.06ghz chip in there and a decent graphics card... im planning to get a new pc after my exams in like mid june... anyways thanks guys
oh yeah btw what do you think about pcworld?
