RE: PC PROBLEM - MONITER WON`T COME ON

By the sound of it the last time you had the monitor on you may have had the settings on it too high a resolution ,(i did this myself in the past and had same problem)
What you need to do is turn the pc off make sure to discharge the static in yaself then find (on the motherboard) pins 1,2,3 and the two that has the jumper on you need to take it off them and short it across the remainder one eg if the jumper is on pin 1 and 2 take it off them and put it on pin 2 and 3 for about 20 seconds. then replace it on to pin 1 and 2.
this will reset the cmos and hopefully get your graphics to work again, if that fails then you could try and take the cmos battery out of its holder and reset it that way
