RE: DTS - Dolby Digital, Wharfdale 750
It doesn`t have a a DTS symbol boasted, because when Wharfedale made it, there were no DTS Region 2 discs available and they thought but didn`t know exactly if the 750 would only be available to a British market. So while they still designed the system to output to DTS, they saw no point in advertising this fact, when British users couldn`t use it anyway...until now.
Wharfedale 750 - Copying VCDs to VHS.
Hi, I recently bought a Wharedale 750 and found the quality excellent, but when I try to record my VCD collection to my sony VCR, I get continuous white flickery lines on half my films when played backed. The format of the VCDs are PAL (I Think), as they come from Hong Kong, and it is displayed by my player on the top left of the TV for a short time. Is this an affect of the anti taping macrovision setting, why does it not occur on some, but continuously on others. I use a scart lead from the DVD to VCR.
Any Suggestions?
