Wharfedale dvd750 Upgrade - Effect on R1 Playback

I`m having an upgrade by a Wharfedale Engineer and
so I can play Jaws,LA Confidential etc.
How will this affect the region 1 hack?
Will it still be 0.1,2,3 etc.
I would be grateful for any comments.

Great disc, plays perfectly except I cannot access third Ultimate Edition of the feature
I`ve tried the 82997 code and pressing enter after each number, but it still won`t open.
Can anyone help?
