hi had a look at the p.s.u. in this unit not possible to run off 12 volts it also has a negitive 12 volt rail i dissconnected this to find out what it does and no sound all other functions work ok did a 12 volt mod to a roning i think the model was 212 it only had 2 voltage rails +12 and +5 worked a treat on 12 volt after a couple of voltage regs fitted

did you get a hack for this player i have one and brought it as a multi region only to find out it was locked to region 2 any help would be much appreached thanks malc email dt003m[at]moc.oohay
