I did a very poor translation but it worked...
If you would like to post it this is what I did..

Turn on
Open Drawer do not insert disc
Press Set Up
Choose preferences
Press Password / Press 0000
Press Enter
Press 5425
Press Enter ( asks to confirm password )
Press 5425
Press Enter
Asks to choose region / Choose All.
Press Set Up..

All done
