If you have Omniremote and OR Desktop, and want to make a virgin Sony
NS300/400 (I think it works for NC600 also) DVD player multi-region,
then try this:

Place DVD player in stand-by mode
Send codes 1,2,3,4,5 (listed below)
The player should turn on.
Wait for about 5 seconds and press the power button twice.

If I`ve sampled these correctly (no, I haven`t been able to test them
myself since I don`t have a Sony DVD player) then you should have a
RCE-proof multiregion Sony DVD player, without getting it chipped.

The companies that are charging hundreds of pounds for pre-programmed
One-For-All handsets with these codes really ought to hang their heads
in shame.

NEW PIONEER HACK REMOTE !!!!!

Hi, there`a a new Hack to convert all new pioneer dvd players zone free !!

The remote is, like philips, a One for All urc 7560 !!!

This remote is preprogrammed, but we can do that by Palm.

I am searching this soft ( we can find it like we` ve find the soft for NS Sony !! ), anyone get information can send to dvdurb[at]moc.liamtoh

Hack required please !!!

Hi, i know we can hack new pioneer dvd player models and new pana with remote hack. This is the same method than Sony ( with pdb files ). if we search, i`m sure we can find these code. The remote must be able to send rc6 signal like One for all (urc7560).
I`m searching now the code for pioneer, and i`m sure we can find on the web. Anyone wants to search with me, can send email to dvdurb[at].moc.loa

Une rumeur parcours le web disant que les derniers lecteurs DVD de salon Sony (séries 300/400/600) sont dézonables avec une manipulation à la télécommande du type One-4-All utilisée sur les Philips.

J`espère qu`on en saura plus bientôt. Les Sony étaient jusqu`à présent dézonables de manière hardware uniquement.

* Press Scan, Enter, Power

Now try to modify your region selection on the service menu or try insert region 1 dvd disc.

I`m so sorry Grunt Boy but This is the solution for Sony DVD Player . I didn`t say the hack is with the original remote like the samsung, i did say there`s a remote to hack all sony dvd player !!!!!

I think we can hack with the one for all again but i want to find the macro code to hack them.
